The Energy Innovation Platform of Alberta (EIPA) is your one stop access to energy research, technology, and innovation in Alberta.

Established in September 2008 as the Government of Alberta database for research in all areas of energy and technology development, EIPA is a portal for information contributed from 34 years of cross-ministry and department resources and research projects with industry, academia, and other partners. EIPA is the technology transfer arm of Alberta Innovates - Energy and Environment Solutions (AIEES), and is the starting point for technology and information transfer from researchers to industry and the implementation of technology in the field.
